owning / purchasing art and/or designs made by me means you have read and agree to the terms below (｡･∀･)ﾉﾞ

GENERAL

✦ The final artwork will have my watermark and can't be erased.
✦I have the right to reject any commission if i don't feel comfortable with it.
✦No AI training with my art/Selling NFT's and so on.
✦ Don't claim my artwork as yours, please.

Commissions

✦ commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
✦ payment must be paid in full before i start your commission.
✦ refunds are not allowed unless i can't complete your commission. In that case, i will notify you in advance and give you a 100% refund.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✦The estimated delivery time is 1 week to 2 weeks after the commission is accepted and payment is done. If I foresee any delays and need more time, I’ll notify you in advance in everything.
✦ After the drawing has been done and delivered, no heavy changes are allowed.

Adopts

✦ payments are through paypal.
✦ holds are available for up to 48 hours. Holds cannot be extended.✦ If the buyer does not complete the payment within the agreed time, the hold will be canceled and the adopt will be put back up for sale.✦ Please request a hold only if you are sure you can pay. Repeatedly requesting holds without paying may result in being denied future holds or purchases.✦ Everything will be delivered as .PNG files.✦ No refunds.Rights✦ Gifting or trading is allowed!
✦ Reselling is fine, but only for the same price or less, unless extra commissioned art is included. (Please pass these terms to the new owner in that case)✦ Adopts designed by me come with commercial and personal use rights to the character's design, not the artwork(s) i have drawn. The artwork is for personal use and mainly a reference.
✦ You cannot edit the original art or use it commercially in any way. However you're allowed to change the design, make alternate versions, rename the character and so on, as long as i'm still credited for the design.
