owning / purchasing art and/or designs made by me means you have read and agree to the terms below (｡･∀･)ﾉﾞ

GENERAL

✦ The final artwork will have my watermark and can't be erased.
✦I have the right to reject any commission if i don't feel comfortable with it.
✦No AI training with my art/Selling NFT's and so on.

Commissions

✦ commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
✦ payment must be paid in full before i start your commission.
✦ refunds are not allowed unless i can't complete your commission. In that case, i will notify you in advance and give you a 100% refund.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✦The estimated delivery time is 2 week to 3 weeks after the commission is accepted and payment is done. If I foresee any delays and need more time, I’ll notify you in advance in everything.
✦ After the drawing has been done and delivered, no heavy changes are allowed.

Adopts

✦ All my adopts are available in my VGen shop or Toyhouse.
✦ Everything will be delivered as .PNG files.
✦ No refunds.
✦ After you buy an adopt in my VGen shop, the character can be transferred to your TH if you prefer, just DM me your user!
✦ In case you buy an adopt in Toyhouse, the character will be transferred after payment in full is received (In this case, payment is through ko-fi)Rights✦ Gifting or trading is allowed!
✦ Reselling is fine, but only for the same price or less, unless extra commissioned art is included. (Please pass these terms to the new owner in that case)✦ Adopts designed by me comes with commercial and personal use rights to the character's design, not the artwork(s) i have drawn. The artwork is for personal use and mainly a reference.
✦ You can't edit the original art or use it commercially in any way. However you're allowed to change the design, make alternate versions, rename the character and so on, as long as i'm still credited for the design at least once.
✦ You can credit me only the first time u post it! after that, credit is not necessary ♪(´▽｀)

I’m open to drawing armor and some furry characters! However please keep in mind I don’t have a lot of experience with them yet, but I’ll do my best to make them look great. ✨
